Can you believe it is now 3 weeks since we came to collect our Mini-Bus which we purchased from 'Ben Weavers of Sheffield'. Our Group are fair delighted with the vehicle which is an asset to the Group and it has been reserved by the different sections in the Group over the coming months to take the Beavers, Cubs & Scouts out and enhance their experience of 'Scouting'. This email is a very belated vote of thanks to you, as the salesman, for your patience with us when we were asking various questions prior to the purchase and for the guidance you gave us.We were also impressed with the non pressure you showed when we came over from Preston to view your stock of vehicles but you were always there for when we needed to ask a question --- not the normal car salesman tactics I am used to.
When we completed the 'Deal' you walked us through the paperwork with the minimum of fuss and nothing we queried was too much trouble to you.
There was a 'hic up' in the delay when we could collect the vehicle but I hasten to add this was not of your doing but of the request of ours to have the vehicle plating to be changed to suit our needs (weight and driving licence requirements) and this was done by a 3rd party. You kept us informed of the delay and your efforts to chase this up was appreciated by us.
We would certainly use 'Ben Weavers' again in the future and would not hesitate in recommending you to others.

Just a follow up on vehicle purchased from you recently.
As you are aware buying over the internet can be a little daunting for some people especially for me. Having saw your web site I contacted yourselves regarding some LDV Minibuses you were advertising as coming in. I was looking for a minibus with a COIF on it so that it would speed up the process of getting one through a PSV test quite quickly as I have been in the process of trying to start a small business for a few months now.
You had the option of a couple of minibuses at the time and I decided to settle on a 04 plate LDV. At the time you informed me that you were busy and that the vehicle would not be ready for delivery for a few weeks, this I liked because you never gave any false promises of delivery which would had to have been broken if the vehicle was not ready on any given date. I was kept well informed of any delays during the preparation and progress of the vehicle before a delivery date was agreed.
On coming down from Scotland to collect the vehicle it was always at the back of your mind am I doing the right thing traveling all this way.
The vehicle itself was presented in such a condition that belittles the 88,000 miles on the clock. The vehicle was clean and well prepared on collection. The drive back home of nearly 300 miles went well and you truly would find it hard to believe the mileage on the clock as it drove like a new vehicle throughout the journey and believe me I have driven these models on and off over a number of years from delivery mileage on the clock and this vehicle would hold its own against them.
On saying this I have just had the minibus into the garage today for another check over prior to me starting to use it on my business as part of the maintenance agreement between myself and the garage contracted to carry out safety inspections, service and repairs of the vehicle as part of the operators licence from Vosa. The vehicle had a thorough check through so that the garage would have a point to start from as they are going to hold the records on my behalf should any inspection from Vosa be required.
I think even they were surprised by the condition of the vehicle for the mileage as they were unable to find any major defects on the vehicle and could only come up with one thing a small bit of surface corrosion on a pipe from the clutch.
Thanks for your time preparing the vehicle and I hope many more miles to go on the clock before I have to contact you again in a good way (Buying another vehicle) as I would have no hesitation.

It’s always a bit dodgy buying something
like a used truck without getting it fully checked out but you sounded like a good outfit and I couldn’t be assed running around looking any more.
The vehicle is exactly as described, runs like a clock and the wheelchair lift is brilliant for loading heavy appliance / gas etc. We also let the kids go up and down on it and make out its a bit like Alton Towers ( They will be so cheesed off if they ever actually go to Alton Towers ! )
